Own key brand accounts at Unipal, a youth discounts and experiences platform operating in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman and expanding regionally.
The role focuses on growing partnership value, revenue, and transactions in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day relationships, account health, and retention across key partner accounts.
- Grow revenue, transactions, and ROI; understand partner market share, external advertising spend, and value from Unipal.
- Lead renewals and agree commercial terms within set margins; identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Plan account campaigns and activations with Marketing, ensuring delivery to brief and on time.
- Identify at-risk accounts and run recovery plans; maintain accurate records, activity logs, pipeline data, and timely portfolio reporting.
- Take handovers from Partnerships, get new partners live to standard, and set an example for junior Relationship Managers.
What you bring
- 3–5 years in account management, client service, partnerships, or operations.
- A track record of growing revenue from existing accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines; comfort with pipeline management and forecasting.
- Arabic and English language skills.
- Hands-on approach and comfort taking on varied work to meet KPIs.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup, marketplace, or loyalty and rewards business is a plus.
- Experience with brand marketing budgets or media buying is a plus.
- Experience working across GCC markets is a plus.
