About the role

The role brings brands on board in Riyadh by finding, pitching, negotiating with, and signing partners, while meeting monthly targets.
Reports to the Partnership Director or Country Manager and works with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
Location and work arrangement
- Location: Saudi Arabia; Riyadh market.
- Remote status: On-site.
What you will do
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Riyadh in line with Unipal's categories.
- Own outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and partner handover.
- Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
- Ensure partner fit, accurate contracts, and smooth onboarding.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, closed deals, and category coverage.
- Maintain the CRM pipeline and report results clearly.
- Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve offers.
What you bring
- 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role, with a record of closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Riyadh market and its brand landscape.
- Comfort with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM.
- Attention to detail in contracts and partner handovers.
- Understanding of what students want from brands.
Nice to have
- Startup or growing-company experience is a plus.
- Experience with youth or student-focused brands is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a nice to have.
