The Riyadh-based Marketing Executive will grow Unipal's student base through campus activity, social channels, and partner-brand campaigns.
The role is the company's marketing presence on the ground in Riyadh and works with central marketing and content, KSA partnerships, and account management teams.
What you will do
- Grow app downloads, sign-ups, and active students in Riyadh against monthly targets.
- Plan and run campus activations, events, and stands at Riyadh universities.
- Build and manage a student ambassador programme across key campuses.
- Run co-marketing campaigns with partner brands to drive redemptions.
- Brief the central content creator on local content needs and arrange content capture on the ground.
- Manage local social activity and community engagement for the Saudi audience.
- Track campaign results and report what works, what does not, and what to change.
- Build relationships with university student clubs, societies, and staff.
What you bring
- 1–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in growth, community, field, or student marketing.
- Experience running events, activations, or ambassador programmes.
- Comfortable with targets and numbers and able to identify which channels bring in users.
- Good knowledge of Riyadh universities and student culture.
- Strong organisation and ability to run several campaigns at once.
- Confident building relationships with students, universities, and brands.
Nice to have
- Startup or consumer app experience.
- Experience with performance or social media marketing tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
