Build Unipal's partner base across Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, a growth market with a large student population and strong local brand scene.
Work with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
Responsibilities
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Eastern Province categories.
- Manage partnerships from outreach and meetings through negotiation, contracts, and handover.
- Build a presence around universities so partners see student footfall.
- Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
- Ensure partners are a good long-term fit, contracts are accurate, and onboarding is smooth.
- Meet monthly and quarterly meeting, deal, and category-coverage targets.
- Keep the CRM pipeline clean and report results clearly.
- Share market feedback with internal teams to improve offers.
What you bring
- 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role in Saudi Arabia, with a record of closing deals.
- Confidence approaching businesses and pitching to owners or decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and knowledge of the Eastern Province market.
- Comfort with targets, KPIs, and CRM; careful contract and handover work.
- Understanding of student preferences for brands.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience opening a new city or market is a plus.
- Experience with youth- or student-focused brands is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
