Unipal is seeking a Partnerships Executive to build its partner base in Jeddah, a major growth opportunity in Saudi Arabia.
The role works with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
What you will do
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Jeddah in line with Unipal's categories.
- Manage the partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
- Build a presence around Jeddah's universities so partners see student footfall.
- Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
- Ensure new partners are a good long-term fit, with accurate contracts and smooth onboarding.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage.
- Keep the CRM pipeline clean and report numbers clearly.
- Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve offers.
What you bring
- 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role in Saudi Arabia, with a record of closing deals.
- Confidence approaching businesses, asking for the owner, and pitching.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and its brand landscape.
- Comfort with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM.
- Care with contract details and partner handovers.
- A good understanding of what students want from brands.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience opening a new city or market.
- Experience with youth- or student-focused brands.
- Fluent Arabic and English.
