About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Relationship Manager** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market**, with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships, generate business, and successfully close property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Understand clients' property investment requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties across Dubai.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and client presentations.
  • Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum **2 years of experience in Dubai real estate**.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • RERA certification and a UAE driving license are preferred.
