Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Property Advisor** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a well-established network of brokers and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients
- Generate leads and close property sales successfully
- Advise clients on property investments and market opportunities
- Manage property listings and client portfolios
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of real estate experience in Dubai**
- Strong broker and agent connections in the UAE market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to generate business through networking and referrals
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
