Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Property Advisor** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have at least **2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market** and a strong understanding of property sales, client handling, and market trends.
The candidate should be confident in building relationships with clients and guiding them in making the right property investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and explain project details clearly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and new launches
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers professionally
- Ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience in Dubai real estate**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach
- Presentable, confident, and professional
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
