Relationship Manager - Direct sales
About This Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager – Direct Sales to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in closing off-plan property deals and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for off-plan property sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable off-plan projects
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits
- Independently handle and close off-plan deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, projects, and pricing
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams for smooth transactions
- Ensure excellent client service throughout the sales cycle
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record in closing off-plan property deals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Existing client/investor network is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of RERA regulations is a plus
