Relationship Manager - Direct sales

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for off-plan property sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable off-plan projects
• Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits
• **Independently handle and close off-plan deals**
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, projects, and pricing
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams for smooth transactions
• Ensure excellent client service throughout the sales cycle

Key Requirements

• Minimum **2+ years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)**
• Proven track record in **closing off-plan property deals**
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Existing client/investor network is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of RERA regulations is a plus
