We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Japanese Speaker –** **Sales Representative**
to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience in any sales field**
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- UAE market experience is an added advantage
