Sales Manager
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate with a strong network of agents and brokers in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to drive high-volume sales through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with real estate brokers and agents across Dubai.
- Drive property sales through channel partner networks and direct clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients and brokers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
- Strong existing network of brokers and agents in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
