Role overview
Relationship Manager supporting client relationships and accounts in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and develop solutions to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and administration teams for timely service delivery.
- Prepare client reports, proposals, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Conduct check-ins, manage issues and escalations, and handle special requests.
- Track account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support daily account workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Real estate experience is preferred; Dubai real estate market experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, strategic, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
