Responsible for managing client accounts, understanding requirements, coordinating internal teams, and supporting a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the real estate portfolio.
- Serve as the primary client contact, respond to inquiries, and provide timely support.
- Understand client needs and develop solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and administration to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.
- Prepare client reports, proposals, follow-up updates, and documentation.
- Conduct client check-ins, assess satisfaction, and identify improvements.
- Manage client issues, escalations, and special requests professionally.
- Track account performance and identify account-growth opportunities.
- Support day-to-day account activities and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- At least two years in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Real estate experience preferred; prior Dubai real estate market experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and ability to align solutions with client objectives.
- Excellent organization and time management, including handling multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
