Coordinates internal teams and supports a smooth, positive client experience across service touchpoints.
Client and account management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate clients and serve as their primary contact.
- Address client inquiries, provide timely support, and understand client needs and objectives.
- Develop solutions to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and administration to deliver services accurately and on time.
- Prepare client reports, proposals, follow-up updates, and documentation.
- Conduct regular check-ins and manage issues, escalations, and special requests.
- Track account performance and identify growth and value-add opportunities.
- Support daily account activities and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relationship management, account management, or similar client-facing experience.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred; Dubai real estate market experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple accounts.
- Strategic approach to understanding client objectives and aligning solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
