The client is a work management software company. The coordinator supports B2B digital marketing, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and publish social media content and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, client sessions, and industry exhibitions, from logistics to follow-up.
- Coordinate vendors, venues, partners, and internal teams to keep events on schedule and budget.
- Support SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, website updates, and performance tracking.
- Assist with email, paid social, and search campaigns and lead generation.
- Write and edit blogs, newsletters, case studies, brochures, and website copy.
- Use analytics tools to prepare performance reports and keep materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the sales team with campaigns, presentations, and client communication materials.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least two years of UAE marketing experience focused on digital marketing.
- Fluent spoken and written English and excellent copywriting skills.
- Hands-on social media account management and content creation experience.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content writing, design, and marketing productivity.
- Proven event coordination experience from planning through execution.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Preferred familiarity
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Awareness of how AI-powered search is changing SEO is an advantage.
