The role manages client accounts, coordinates with internal teams, and supports a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships and serve as the primary contact for inquiries and support.
- Understand client needs and develop solutions that support satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and administration to deliver services accurately and on time.
- Prepare reports, proposals, follow-up updates, and other client documentation.
- Conduct regular check-ins, assess satisfaction, and identify improvements.
- Handle client issues, escalations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Track account performance and identify growth and value-add opportunities.
- Support day-to-day account activities and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- At least two years of relationship management, account management, or similar client-facing experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, organization, and time management are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms is required.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude are expected.
- Dubai real estate market experience is a strong advantage.
- A UAE driving license is required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
