Registered Nurse Team Leader role with team coordination and healthcare operations responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the assigned team's day-to-day activities.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination among patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Support the team in handling patient queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate appointments, patient follow-ups, reports, and other operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly operational reports, escalating issues to management when needed.
- Support doctors and clinical teams with workflow and adequate staff coverage.
- Assist with staff training, orientation, and performance monitoring.
- Provide coverage and operational support during events and special activities as required.
- Coordinate purchasing, identify operational requirements, raise purchase requests, and follow up with procurement to ensure timely supply availability.
Preferred candidate profile and experience
- Three years of experience as a team leader nurse is required.
- Four years of UAE experience is preferred.
- Previous UAE medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility experience is preferred; supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational issues independently; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
- Benefits listed include employment visa, annual leave, air ticket, overtime, and medical insurance.
