The Registered Nurse Team Leader coordinates the assigned team's daily activities and supports patient service and clinical operations at ZIA Medical Center.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the assigned team's day-to-day activities.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination among patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Support the team in handling patient queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate appointments, patient follow-ups, reports, and operational requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and escalate issues to management when required.
- Support doctors and clinical teams with workflow and staff coverage.
- Assist with staff training, orientation, and performance monitoring.
- Provide operational coverage during events and special activities as needed.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements and requests with procurement to ensure supplies and materials are available on time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Previous experience in a UAE medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle operational issues independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
