ZIA Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Financial Manager to support its finance function in Dubai.
The role covers management reporting, payroll oversight, treasury, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports by the 15th of each month.
- Oversee staff payroll, doctor incentives, HR coordination on payroll matters, and staff insurance.
- Manage treasury, payments, PDCs, fund transfers, accounts payable and receivable flows, and cash-flow forecasts for the CEO.
- Oversee supplier ageing, reconciliations, pending entries, balance adjustments, and account cleanup.
- Manage RA allocations, corporate invoicing and follow-ups, and insurance and corporate ageing.
- Assist with corporate tax filings and review VAT reconciliation.
- Review and approve purchase orders and support annual financial statement finalization.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and analysis for the CEO, COO, and CFO.
- Ensure management receives accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting and finance experience; healthcare or service-based experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, VAT, and financial reporting.
- Experience with MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, communication, coordination, and ability to meet deadlines are required.
- UAE experience is preferred.

- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
