The posting describes a patient-facing healthcare call center role handling patient inquiries through calls and digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls about appointments, services, and general inquiries.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient satisfaction.
- Schedule, update, and cancel appointments in clinic management software.
- Handle WhatsApp messages and website or live-chat inquiries.
- Provide information about doctors, clinic timings, procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate with front desk, nursing, and medical teams to support patient flow.
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues; follow data protection policies.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of healthcare call center agent experience.
- Proficiency with calls, WhatsApp, and online chat platforms.
- English communication skills; Arabic is explicitly required in the language section.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with clinic or hospital management systems and CRM tools.
- Professional, patient-centered attitude and calm demeanor under pressure.
Preferred qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and insurance processes is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
