The role provides safe, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to individualized care plans; monitor health, vital signs, and clinical observations.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV therapy, including IV cannulation when required.
- Assist with daily activities and personal care while preserving dignity and independence.
- Support patients and families and educate them on treatment, medications, disease management, and home care.
- Report condition changes, document care, follow infection-control procedures, and respond to emergencies within professional scope.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and protect patient confidentiality, privacy, dignity, and cultural values.
Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree from the Philippines.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in IV cannulation and other essential nursing procedures.
- Valid BLS certification; ALS certification is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, patient-centered approach and ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
