Job summary

Nadz Healthcare seeks an organized, detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR operations.

The role includes HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and application of UAE labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Track employee visa, Emirates ID, work permit, and professional license expirations.
  • Coordinate employee documentation and renewals with relevant departments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support HR concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and complete other assigned administrative duties.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One to two years of HR administration experience; UAE experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
  • Healthcare or home healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong English communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Handle confidential information professionally, work independently, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Pay

  • AED 3,500–4,000 per month.

  • Work is in person.
