NADZ Healthcare seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; monitor cash flow and timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation.
- Analyze financial data to provide business-performance insights and coordinate financial matters and reporting with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least two years of healthcare-industry experience, including in hospitals, clinics, or medical centers.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role; strong accounting-principles and financial-reporting knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- ACCA, CPA, or CMA certifications are advantageous.
Work arrangement
- The job is full-time and the work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
