Home Care Nurse
NADZ Healthcare seeks Registered Nurses to provide safe, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes in the UAE.
The role supports patients and families and contributes to patient-centered home healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to individualized care plans and monitor patient health, vital signs, and clinical observations.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV therapy, including IV cannulation when required.
- Assist with daily activities and personal care while protecting patient dignity and independence.
- Educate and support patients and families on treatment, medications, disease management, and home care.
- Report changes in condition promptly and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety procedures and respond to needs and emergencies within professional scope.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
- Protect confidentiality and respect patients’ privacy, dignity, and cultural values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from the Philippines.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in IV cannulation and other essential nursing procedures.
- Valid BLS certification; ALS certification is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, patient-centered approach and ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role provides care in patients’ homes in the UAE.
