Caregivers provide personalized care and daily living assistance in patients' homes, supporting safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care and assist with hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor well-being, report health changes, and assist with vital signs when trained and authorized.
- Provide companionship and emotional support; accompany patients to appointments and necessary outings when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment and accurate daily care records; communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans, infection control procedures, and patient safety guidelines; respect confidentiality, privacy, dignity, and cultural preferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home healthcare, caregiving, or a clinical or hospital setting.
- DHA license or eligibility is preferred, where applicable.
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and able to work independently and adapt to patient needs.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas; must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Care is delivered in patients' homes, with travel within assigned areas as required; work location is in person.
