The role is the primary contact for patients and families, supporting a smooth healthcare experience through inquiries, service coordination, and personalized support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for patients, families, and clients and manage calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, home healthcare services, scheduling requests, and follow-ups.
- Build patient and family relationships; handle concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally and empathetically.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Conduct follow-ups, maintain patient and communication records, and collect feedback to identify service improvements.
- Protect confidentiality and follow company policies and healthcare service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in patient relations, healthcare coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- At least one year of healthcare experience is preferred; home healthcare experience is an advantage.
- English verbal and written communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities; empathetic and attentive to detail.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
