Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a sales team, conducting market analysis, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Team leadership and management abilities to inspire and guide sales teams.
• Knowledge of market analysis, contract negotiation, and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop long-term customer partnerships.
• Familiarity with the accommodation industry or supply chain within the hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai and travel regionally as required.
