Regional Sales Manager
About This Role
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts within a designated region. This is a player/coach role that combines hands-on sales execution with strategic team leadership. You will be responsible for both achieving your own sales targets and driving the success of a regional sales team.

Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
Lead by example through direct customer engagement and successful deal closures.
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team within your region.
Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall company strategy.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver value and consistency across the customer lifecycle.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting, and pipeline analysis.
Stay updated on regional market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
10 15+ years of B2B and/or B2G technology sales experience, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar targets.
Proven success in both individual sales and team leadership roles.
Experience managing regional sales teams and scaling growth in dynamic environments.
Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
Subject matter expertise and proven experience with technologies such as:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber AI
Cybersecurity
Exposure and Threat Management (or CTEM)
Attack Surface Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
High levels of initiative, accountability, and professional integrity.
Experience selling to senior executives (CISO, CIO, etc.) in enterprise or government accounts.
Track record of success in regional sales across [e.g., North America, EMEA, or APAC].
Previous leadership experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.br>
