To support our growth in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales strategy and expand our market presence.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations across the region, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strategic vision, proven sales expertise, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent PTL World Qatar at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, trading, or supply chain industries.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR29,000.00 per month
