Role Overview
Regional Sales Manager position with a manufacturing company, based in Dubai and covering the UAE, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
- Manage and develop an established regional sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and market opportunities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to regional teams.
- Work with senior leadership on regional growth plans.
- Travel regularly across the region, particularly to Pakistan.
Candidate Requirements
- 10 or more years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in specialty chemicals, water treatment, or a related industry.
- Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
- Proven experience leading regional sales teams.
- Experience across the UAE and wider South Asian markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
