Regional Sales Manager role with a manufacturing company, covering the UAE, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
- Manage and develop an established regional sales team; provide leadership, coaching, and direction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and market opportunities.
- Work with senior leadership on regional growth plans.
- Travel regularly across the region, particularly to Pakistan.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in specialty chemicals, water treatment, or a related industry.
- Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
- Proven experience leading regional sales teams.
- Experience across the UAE and wider South Asian markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time.
