A pharmaceutical company is hiring an HR Specialist focused on talent acquisition and talent capability in the UAE.
Key aspects of the role
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through networking, talent mapping, market research, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Identify skill gaps and workforce capability needs.
- Support talent development, succession planning, talent assessment, and internal mobility.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience focused on talent acquisition and/or talent capability.
- UAE work experience and knowledge of local employment practices and talent trends.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with communication, interpersonal, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
