Role Overview
A leading medical device company is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for its Jeddah office.
Due to Nationalization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing, and product availability.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.
- Provide after-sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts, and claims.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams on customer set-up, billing, logistics, and account issues.
- Support sales activities and customer events.
- Process returns, credit and debit notes.
- Monitor blocked accounts and coordinate with Credit Control to resolve shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service.
- Experience with order management, logistics, or after-sales support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
