Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
• Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, events, and CRM channels
• Drive guest acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to support revenue growth and brand loyalty
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign performance, and promotional activities across GCC markets
• Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities
• Oversee content creation, brand communications, and storytelling to maintain consistency across all guest touchpoints
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and creative suppliers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Track marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROI
• Support new venue launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand expansion initiatives as required
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across regional activities

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, CRM, and guest engagement programs
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business results
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience within premium dining, hospitality, restaurant groups, or lifestyle brands
• Exposure to managing marketing activities across multiple GCC markets
• Experience overseeing PR initiatives, influencer marketing, and partnership activations
• Background with leading hospitality and restaurant groups would be advantageous
• Experience supporting restaurant openings or expansion projects
