Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and chiller systems in facilities.
- Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, controls, and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out repairs safely.
- Record maintenance activities and respond to breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Technical certificate or diploma in Refrigeration or HVAC.
- Three to four years of facility-management experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC, and chillers.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
