Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify delays, risks, and critical activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align with project milestones.
- Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Support resource planning, look-ahead schedules, and progress forecasting.
- Assist with project reports, progress presentations, and contractual schedule submissions.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, water, or sewage treatment plant projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
- GCC experience is preferred; Qatar experience is an advantage.
