Recruitment Specialist
About This Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization’s hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, referrals, networking)
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Stay updated on hiring trends, labor laws, and recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
