About This Role
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of recruitment experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering Services, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical positions
- Proven experience dealing with Arab Management and recruiting Arab candidates
- Strong experience managing recruitment agencies and stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using ERP systems and HR recruitment modules
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized recruitment records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and approval processes throughout the recruitment cycle
