Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Post job vacancies on portals, company website, and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Manage onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations & Administration
Maintain personnel records and HR databases.
Assist in handling employee grievances and conflicts.
Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws.
Training & Development
Organize and track staff training programs.
Assist in performance appraisal and career development plans.
Hr Policies & Compliance
Implement HR policies according to company and legal standards.
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate HR reports (turnover, hiring metrics, etc.).
Assist management with HR insights for decision-making.
