Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Assess candidates against job requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide hiring updates.
• Support local and international recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently in a fast-paced environment.
