Position overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for merchants and channel partners, answering inquiries, explaining transaction workflows, and guiding system use.
• Assist with merchant onboarding, document review, contract tracking, and integration-test coordination.
• Follow up on merchant usage and business requirements to improve activity and transaction volume.
• Support account creation, KYC collection, API integration coordination, and system training.
• Monitor payment orders and resolve exceptions, refunds, dropped orders, and payment failures.
• Handle complaints about system issues, settlement, and processing delays.
• Gather feedback, compile FAQs, suggest product improvements, and maintain partnership, contract, and KYC/KYB records.

Candidate requirements

• Fluent or native Mandarin Chinese is strictly required; basic or business English is also required.
• College degree or diploma or above; any major is accepted.
• At least 1 year of customer support, business assistant, or merchant support experience.
• Payment or fintech experience is strongly preferred.
• Learn payment systems and merchant backends quickly; communicate well, provide strong customer service, and handle client issues independently.
• Teamwork, stress management, and resilience in a fast-paced environment are required.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is AED 7,500–10,000; the package includes performance bonuses with no stated cap.
• Benefits include employment visa, paid annual leave, housing, telecommunication, meal, and transport allowances, holiday bonuses, and medical insurance.

Working hours

• Six working days per week: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Workplace

• On-site work in Dubai.
