Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter specializing in the recruitment of Heavy Vehicle Drivers .The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills, especially in identifying and mobilizing candidates from Punjab region (India).
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist Heavy Vehicle Driver candidates for UAE operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, documentation, and mobilization
- Coordinate with agencies, local contacts, and referral networks
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely onboarding and compliance with UAE requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in blue-collar recruitment
- Strong experience hiring Heavy Vehicle Drivers
- Ability to source candidates from Punjab (preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring timelines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Recruiters with strong networks in Punjab
- Experience in high-volume driver recruitment
- Familiarity with UAE visa and mobilization procedures
