About This Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in blue-collar hiring to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding large volumes of workforce employees across industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (laborers, technicians, operators, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and direct hiring methods
• Conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Handle bulk hiring and overseas recruitment processes
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports
• Ensure timely mobilization of candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of HR recruitment experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices
• Experience with overseas recruitment is a plus
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Candidates available for immediate joining
• Experience in construction, FM, or industrial sectors
