Overview
We are currently looking for experienced **Senior Recruiters** to lead the hiring of **music and dance teachers globally**.
Open Positions
- Senior Recruiter – Spanish Speaker
- Senior Recruiter – Russian Speaker
- Senior Recruiter – Arabic Speaker
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international music & dance teachers
- Source candidates globally using creative sourcing and headhunting strategies
- Handle high-volume and niche recruitment requirements
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Build strong talent pipelines across different countries and regions
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment targets and KPIs are met
Requirements
- Minimum **4+ years of recruitment experience**
- At least **1 year of recruitment agency experience** preferred
- Fluency in **Spanish, Russian, or Arabic**
- Strong experience in:
- Headhunting
- Creative sourcing
- Bulk hiring
- International recruitment
- Used to working on KPIs such as:
- Time to hire
- Quality of hire
- Hiring targets
- Excellent communication skills and confident, presentable personality
