Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Respond to visitor inquiries, provide information about our services, and direct guests to the relevant departments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as required.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and follow security procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• **English language is a must;**
• additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service is preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills, suitable for a client-facing role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
