Autorun – OMODA & JAECOO Dubai is seeking a results-driven

HR & Recruitment Coordinator

to support high-volume hiring and HR operations across showroom, aftersales, and corporate functions.

This role is

recruitment focused

, with additional responsibility for HR coordination, onboarding, employee records, and compliance support.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding coordination, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law compliance

.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage
  • end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • for junior to mid-level roles
  • Source candidates via
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases
  • Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct
  • initial screening interviews

(phone/video)

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
  • Track recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and vacancy status
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining confirmations

HR Coordination & Administration

  • Maintain
  • employee personnel files
  • (digital and physical)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee data updates
  • Prepare HR letters (employment certificates, NOCs, warning letters, confirmations)
  • Support payroll coordination through accurate attendance and leave data
  • Handle employee HR queries professionally and confidentially

Visa, Compliance & Operations Support

  • Coordinate employee
  • visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and insurance
  • Liaise with PROs, typing centers, and government portals
  • Track visa expiries, labour contracts, and compliance deadlines
  • Ensure HR processes align with

UAE Labour Law

and company policies

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in

HR and Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

  • Proven experience managing
  • multiple vacancies simultaneously

Technical & ATS Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
  • ATS systems
  • , recruitment trackers, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency in
  • MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting tools

Core Competencies

  • Talent sourcing & candidate screening
  • Interview coordination & hiring support
  • HR administration & employee records management
  • Onboarding & compliance coordination
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in
