What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with walk-in and online leads to identify their vehicle needs.
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles from our expanding fleet of Chinese and international brands.
- Conduct test drives and confidently explain vehicle features, specs, and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Coordinate with the CRM and aftersales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of car sales experience in the UAE (Chinese car brands preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Additional languages is a plus).
- Confident, outgoing personality with a consultative selling approach.
- Valid UAE Driving License is
