Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face and first impression of Gulfwest.
If you're organized, well-presented, and thrive at the front desk, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, mail handling, and courier coordination
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
- Support administrative tasks as requested by management
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor logistics
Requirements
- Saudi National (Female applicants only)
- Valid Saudi driving license
- High school diploma minimum, diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic, English proficiency is a plus
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
