Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team in managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to follow up on orders and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Track stock levels and support inventory monitoring activities
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Support the preparation of procurement reports and comparative pricing analyses
- Assist in managing import documentation and customs coordination
Requirements
- Saudi National (Female applicants only)
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Good communication skills in Arabic, English is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
