Overview

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage visitor registration, courier services, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Schedule meeting rooms and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and office supply coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Professional appearance with a positive customer service attitude.
  • Fluent in English
